On behalf of PROMOCIONES TURISTICAS MONCADA Y LUZ S.L., their guides and other individuals, employees or partners for the provision of services, (hereinafter collectively referred to this contract as SALVELINUS), we would like to remind the client some considerations that must be taken into account when carrying out the activity. Although SALVELINUS has taken all reasonable steps to provide the client with all the adequate equipment and expert guides so that the client can enjoy fishing and other guided outdoors activities with guarantees, we would like to remind the client that the activity of fishing or other guided activities are not free of risk.

We do not want to scare you or reduce your enthusiasm for fishing, hiking, kayaking, or other activities included in our multi-activity programs, but we believe it is important for you and your companions to be aware and to be properly informed of the risks inherent in the activity to be developed. Below we describe some, but not all, of these risks: Risks by water currents or obstacles when wading in lakes, reservoirs and rivers, and by the use of boats, canoes or kayaks; Risks due to walking or mountain biking. Risks by camping, damage and injuries may occur by the client equipment itself, or by other person equipment. It must be noted that there is a lack of immediate medical attention, as well as exposure to wildlife and domestic animals, insects and plants that may result in injury. During the round trip to and from the fishing zones / activity zones, there are certain risks and behaviors that the client must take into account. This includes the transfer in cars, hiking, transit through forest tracks and helicopter transfers. SALVELINUS employees wish to make sure that all programs are as successful as possible and by being fully aware of all the risks connected with activity, not neglecting any eventuality in the aforementioned circumstances. SALVELINUS would like to point out that nobody - from the very day the company was founded -has in the activities organized by the company suffered serious misfortune or injury. Nevertheless, we would ask you to read the following paragraphs and agree to the contents of same by expressly stating your acceptance.

I understand that this activity involves certain risks of accidents that can lead to injuries of different importance. I understand that the description of these risks is not complete and that there might be other circumstances not mentioned that could lead to risks. - I assume responsibility for the risks inherent in the activity as participation in this activity is purely voluntary. I also assume the risks involved in transfers to and from fishing areas or areas.
